LUNERA currently ships within the United Arab Emirates.

Estimated delivery times are shown on our website and at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, incorrect delivery information or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot normally be returned for change of mind. This does not affect any rights relating to damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrectly supplied products.
